Faltoo Sey Paltoo · Lahore · Since 2013
Compassion in action
for every life.
In Urdu, faltoo means useless or discarded; paltoo, a companion. We turn one into the other — rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing lifelong sanctuary to 90+ permanent residents whose trauma, special needs, or chronic medical conditions mean they cannot be safely rehomed.

Every paltoo has a story.

Permanent residents
The 90+ paltoos who stay with us for life.
Not every animal we rescue can be rehomed. Some are survivors of severe trauma — gunshot injuries, dog baiting, accidents — that leave them too sensitive for new environments. Others live with chronic illnesses like IBD, kidney disease, or epilepsy that require lifelong medication and monitoring. Many have survived FIP, distemper, or other viral diseases that left lasting damage.
For these 90+ permanent residents, our shelter is their forever home. Through our Guardianship Program, compassionate supporters can sponsor a specific paltoo — funding their food, medical care, and the dignity of a stable home for the rest of their lives.
